If you cancel within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the full service fee (see Fees) must be paid. If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the slot to another client.
Legal consultations can also be held online via Google Meet, Zoom, or another platform, so clients outside Budapest can also book an appointment. Please let us know in advance if you would like any service to be provided online.
If you would like to register for mediation, please contact us first using one of our contact options. After you get in touch, there is always a preliminary meeting before mediation. To ensure an efficient process, we kindly ask you to attend the first meeting alone whenever possible.
For legal consultation, couples may attend together or separately.
If you would like to change your booked appointment, please email us or call us. During client hours we may not always be able to answer the phone, but we always call clients back.
